Hi, I’m Shirley Beard—author, speaker, coach, and Workforce Development Specialist Manager. With a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from Regent University, I blend practical leadership strategy with powerful biblical truth to help women grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
